- Eat Healthily – Eat vegetables every day and cut back on saturated fats and red meats. Additionally, you should reduce your meat consumption to only once a week. It does wonders for your heart and the environment.
- Schedule Visits with Your Doc – It is important to schedule regular check-ups with your doctor, even if you are not ill. The doctor can detect any irregularities and address them before they become serious health issues that require more time, money, and increase the risk of death.
