Have you already made your 4th of July celebration plans? If not, don’t miss this amazing event in Dallas, Texas. From 10am until 10pm on Friday, July 4th, Friends of Fair Park and the State Fair of Texas invite locals to celebrate at the Fair Park Fourth.
With live entertainment, water features, access to rides, games, and more, there is fun to be had for each member of your family. Admission to the State Fair of Texas Midway is $5 and complimentary to Dallas Park and Recreation “Dallas 7/4” race (7k/4k) participants. With 26 rides, you can keep your children preoccupied all day long!
The Razzmajazz Dixieland Band will perform at 7:00 pm, followed by the legendary Texas trio ZZ Top, and one of Dallas’ own, Trio Grande, with members Kraig Parker, Pauley DeFrancisco, and Rod Foster.
The traditional, mind blowing firework show will begin at 9:30pm and is best visible from the Cotton Bowl, the State Fair of Texas Midway, and other locations that will be noted throughout the Fair Park grounds. You won’t want to miss out!
