5 Summer Body Safety Tips

1)      Apply sunscreen with an SPF of at least 15 each day, even when it is overcast. Remember to reapply regularly throughout the day.

2)      If you will be in the sun for prolonged hours, be sure to wear a wide-brimmed hat and sunglasses to protect your face and eyes from damage.

3)      Be sure to moisturize daily.

4)      Stay away from indoor tanning options and tanning in general if you can. Self-tanners give you the same bronzed skin without all the harmful consequences.

5)      Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate!!! – Hydrating will prevent you from feeling drained of all your energy, will foster regular digestion, and will keep your blood pressure at regular levels.
