What you will need:

  • 8 Ears of Cleaned Corn
  • 1 Stick of Unsalted Butter at Room Temperature
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

How to prepare:

  • Start by preheating your oven to 400 degrees F and line your baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  • Next, place each ear of corn on a baking sheet and reserve about half of the butter. Now it is time to spread the rest of the butter on each ear of corn and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Bake the corn for about 30 to 34 minutes until each ear starts to brown. Turn occasionally. Spread any remaining butter on the corn and sprinkle more salt and pepper, as desired.
