What you’ll need:
- 2 ¾ Cup Flour
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- ½ Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Cup Canned Pumpkin
- ¾ Cup Fat-Free Sour Cream
- 1/3 Cup Fat-Free Milk
- ¼ Cup Vegetable Oil
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 2 Large Eggs
- Cooking Spray
- 1 Tablespoon Granulated Sugar
- 1 ½ Teaspoon Brown Sugar
How to create this masterpiece:
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F and start spooning flour into measuring cups and level. Now, mix the flour with the first 5 ingredients, stopping before salt, of course. Stir.
- Combine the pumpkin with the 6 ingredients after pumpkin, stopping before the eggs. Once you add flour to this mixture, you can stir until the mixture becomes moist. Spoon the concoction into the sprayed muffin cups.
- Sprinkle a mixture of sugar and brown sugar onto each muffin.
- Bake for 25 minutes, cool, serve, and enjoy!
