- Accidental discharge or overflow of water or steam from within a plumbing tube, heating, automatic fire-protective sprinkler system, air conditioning, or from a household appliance. (Policies HO-2 through HO-6 only.)
- Freezing of plumbing, air conditioning, heating, automatic fire-protective sprinkler system, or of a household appliance. (Policies HO-2 through HO-6 only.)
- All perils except flood, earthquake, nuclear accident, war, landslide, mudslide, sinkhole, and others specified in your home insurance policy. (Policy HO-3 only.)
